When is the right time to bring in independent advisory?
Before you commit to an approach, before go-live, or when something feels wrong and you want a second opinion. Earlier is almost always better.
Do you only advise, or do you also help implement what you recommend?
We can do both. Advisory is a separate engagement by design, but if implementation support is needed after, we can discuss that separately.
What does a program health check typically cover?
